摘 要:传统油库安全运营现状面临一些不利影响,同时高效、节能以及环保等不断提升的内外部要求使得油库的传统管理模式亟需创新。解决方法是利用成熟的信息化、智能化手段来改变作业流程和作业模式。油库管理信息化、智能化是未来油库管理发展的方向,文章对油库信息管理现状和存在的问题进行探讨,结合实际需求,研发了油库综合信息管理系统,为油库改变和完善现有的工作流程和设备管理提出了可行性思路,并逐步实现油库信息化的整体融合,可为提升油库综合管理水平提供一定的借鉴。The current situation of safety operation of traditional oil depots is facing some adverse effects.Meanwhile,the increasing internal and external requirements such as high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection make the traditional management mode of oil depots in urgent need of innovation.The solution is to use mature information and intelligent means to change the operation process and operation mode.Informationization and intelligentization of oil depot management are the direction of the future development of oil depot management.This paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of oil depot information management,combines the actual needs,puts forward the purpose and steps of developing an integrated information management system for oil depot,and puts forward feasible ideas for changing and improving the existing work flow and equipment management of oil depot.And gradually realize the integrated integration of oil depot information,which can provide some reference for improving the comprehensive management level of oil depot.
