摘  要:泸州市榕山长江大桥2号主墩处河床地貌奇特,呈现凸石、沟槽、卵石填充等“类喀斯特”地貌特点,在此地质条件下进行埋置承台施工尚无先例。针对项目特点,提出了套管旋挖钻引孔、钢板桩嵌岩、砂泥混合料填充止水成套施工技术,成功解决了“类喀斯特”地貌河床等复杂地质条件下埋置承台围堰成槽开挖及围堰止水施工难题。详细介绍了该埋置承台围堰结构设计以及施工过程中的引孔、止水、开挖等关键技术。The riverbed landform at the No.2 main pier of the Rongshan Yangtze River Bridge in Luzhou City is unique,showing karst-like landform characteristics such as convex stone,groove,and pebble filling,etc.There is no precedent for the construction of embedded caps under this geological condition.According to the characteristics of the project,a complete set of construction technology of casing rotary drilling guiding hole,steel sheet pile rock embedding,sand-mud mixture filling and water-stopping is proposed,which successfully solves the problems of trench excavation and cofferdam water-stopping construction of buried cap cofferdam under complex geological conditions of“karst-like”landform riverbed.The structural design of the buried pile cap cofferdam and the key technologies,such as guiding holes,water stopping,excavation in the construction process are introduced in detail.
