京密引水渠冰期输水调度研究

摘　　要：为提升京密引水渠冰期输水效益,保障输水畅通及工程运行安全,本文通过对渠道历年冰期输水情况进行分析,结合工程运行情况,梳理总结了渠道冰期输水特点,并研究制定了不同时期、不同供水条件下的冰期输水调度措施及保障措施。研究成果有力保障了京密引水渠的安全稳定运行,可为其他类似地区的冰期输水运行调度提供借鉴。In order to enhance the water transfer efficiency of the Jingmi Diversion Channel during the ice period and ensure smooth water conveyance and operational safety,this paper analyzes historical water transfer data during the ice period and summarizes the characteristics of ice-period water transfer based on the channel’s operational conditions.Furthermore,scheduling strategies and safeguarding measures are proposed for different periods and varying water supply conditions.The findings effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of the Jingmi Diversion Channel and provide valuable insights for ice-period water transfer scheduling in similar regions.
