摘  要:为准确客观地评价区域水资源空间均衡性,本文以江苏省13个地级市为研究单元,构建了水资源-耕地面积、水资源-人口、水资源-地区生产总值3对匹配关系,并在此基础上计算了江苏省2012—2022年的基尼系数,通过协调发展度和不平衡发展指数构建了水资源空间均衡评价模型,从整体和内部两个方面定量评价了江苏省的水资源空间均衡度。结果表明,江苏省水资源负载指数过高,水资源均衡系数等级处于一般失衡状态,表明江苏省水资源空间分布与经济发展布局不均衡,各地级市水资源量与经济社会发展水平存在差异。研究结果可为水资源的合理配置提供参考依据。In order to accurately and objectively evaluate the spatial equilibrium of regional water resources,this paper takes 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province as research units and establishes three matching relationships:water resources-cultivated land area,water resources-population,and water resources-gross regional product.Based on these relationships,the Gini coefficient of Jiangsu Province from 2012 to 2022 was calculated.A spatial equilibrium evaluation model for water resources was constructed using the coordination development degree and the imbalance development index to quantitatively assess the spatial equilibrium of water resources from both overall and internal perspectives.The results indicate that Jiangsu Province exhibits an excessively high water resource load index,and the equilibrium coefficient of water resources is at a generally unbalanced level.This suggests that the spatial distribution of water resources and the economic development layout in Jiangsu Province are imbalanced,with disparities in water resource availability and socioeconomic development levels across the prefecture-level cities.The findings provide a reference for the rational allocation of water resources.
