洛艾水库特征水位选取与调度运用方案研究

摘　　要：贵州省黔西南州册亨县洛艾河下游现状水利设施规模小、缺灌面积较多,工程性缺水问题凸显。为保障册亨县人畜饮水和灌溉用水,满足经济社会发展需要,规划建设洛艾水库。本文对工程流域概况进行详细阐述,分析工程水文水利计算成果,根据设计径流、洪水和泥沙成果,论证水库特征水位。通过水库调度计算分析,得出水库初期蓄水计划和调度运用计划方案。该研究成果可为相似工程提供设计参考。The existing water conservancy facilities in the lower reaches of the Luoai River in Ceheng County,Qianxinan Prefecture,Guizhou Province,are small in scale,with significant irrigation deficits and a prominent issue of water shortage.To ensure drinking and irrigation water supply for the county and meet the needs of economic and social development,the construction of Luoai Reservoir is planned.This study provides a detailed overview of the watershed characteristics,analyzes hydrological and hydraulic calculation results,and determines the reservoir’s characteristic water levels based on design runoff,flood,and sediment data.Through reservoir operation scheduling analysis,an initial impoundment plan and an operation scheduling scheme were developed.The findings serve as a design reference for similar projects.
