摘  要:本文系统探究了投加磁粉等载体对污水厂活性污泥动态沉降性能的影响规律,深入解析了无机载体材料、磁粉粒径、不同比例磁粉和同一比例磁粉对于不同浓度活性污泥的作用,并分析了磁粉增强物理沉淀效果的原因。结果表明,磁粉对于活性污泥沉降的促进效果与硅藻土、石英砂相当,但显著优于凹凸棒粉和活性炭,上清液澄清度优于硅藻土复合粉末;流体动力学直径为30μm磁粉的沉降效果优于空白、20μm及5μm的磁粉;当污泥MLSS浓度与载体投加浓度比为1∶1.1时,磁粉的沉降效果与经济效益达到最佳平衡,适用于工程应用。在污泥浓度为6g/L时,磁粉的沉降促进效果尤为显著,较空白组提升43.46%。因此投加磁粉有利于改善活性污泥沉降性能。研究结果可为磁基粉末载体生物膜强化活性污泥法推广应用提供扎实的科学和实践基础。This study systematically explores the effects of adding magnetic powder and other carriers on the dynamic settling performance of activated sludge in wastewater treatment plants.It provides an in-depth analysis of the influence of inorganic carrier materials,magnetic powder particle size,different proportions of magnetic powder,and the same proportion of magnetic powder on activated sludge at varying sludge concentrations.The mechanisms by which magnetic powder enhances physical sedimentation are also examined.The results indicate that the sedimentation-promoting effect of magnetic powder is comparable to that of diatomaceous earth and quartz sand but significantly superior to attapulgite and activated carbon.The clarity of the supernatant is better than that achieved with diatomaceous earth composite powders.Magnetic powder with a hydrodynamic diameter of 30μm exhibits better settling performance than the control,as well as 20μm and 5μm magnetic powders.When the ratio of sludge MLSS concentration to carrier addition concentration is 1∶1.1,the sedimentation effect and economic benefits reach an optimal balance,making it suitable for engineering applications.At a sludge concentration of 6g/L,the sedimentation enhancement effect of magnetic powder is particularly significant,improving by 43.46%compared to the control group.Therefore,adding magnetic powder effectively improves activated sludge settling performance.The findings provide a solid scientific and practical foundation for the promotion and application of magnetic powder-based biofilm-enhanced activated sludge processes.
