摘 要:耕地灌溉面积是评价区域粮食生产安全的重要指标,对稳定粮食产量有着重要影响。本文分析了我国耕地灌溉面积的变化情况,并在此基础上探讨了2014—2022年我国耕地灌溉面积减少的主要影响因素。结果表明,我国耕地灌溉面积总体呈“增—减—增”的变化趋势,其中1949—1957年耕地灌溉面积增长最快,1980—1989年耕地灌溉面积持续减少;黑龙江省和新疆维吾尔自治区分别为耕地灌溉面积和人均耕地灌溉面积最高的地区,而北京市耕地灌溉面积和人均耕地灌溉面积均最低;2014—2022年北京市、天津市、上海市和福建省耕地灌溉面积表现为减少趋势,退耕还林还草、建设占地以及GDP和农用化肥施用量等是这4个地区耕地灌溉面积减少的主要影响因素。因此,完善耕地占补平衡制度,遏制违法的建设占地是提升我国耕地灌溉面积的重要途径。The irrigated farmland area is an important indicator for evaluating regional food production security and has a significant impact on stabilizing grain yields.This paper analyzes the changes in China’s irrigated farmland area and,on this basis,explores the factors influencing the reduction of irrigated farmland area from 2014 to 2022.The results indicate that China’s irrigated farmland area has shown a fluctuating trend of increase-decrease-increase.The most rapid growth occurred between 1949 and 1957,while continuous declines were observed from 1980 to 1989.Heilongjiang Province and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region have the highest total irrigated farmland area and per capita irrigated farmland area,whereas Beijing ranks the lowest in both aspects.From 2014 to 2022,the irrigated farmland area in Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,and Fujian Province exhibited a decreasing trend.The primary factors influencing this decline include farmland conversion,land occupation for construction,GDP growth,and the application of agricultural fertilizers.Therefore,improving the farmland occupation-compensation balance system and curbing illegal land use for construction are essential measures to enhance China’s irrigated farmland area.
