中医情志护理联合耳穴压丸对细菌性肺炎患者负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探究中医情志护理联合耳穴压丸对细菌性肺炎患者负性情绪的影响。方法前瞻性选取2023年6月至2024年6月在我院接受干预的细菌性肺炎患者100例,以数字随机表法分为对照组50例和观察组50例。给予对照组患者对症干预,研究组患者在对照组的基础上增加中医情志护理联合耳穴压丸干预。干预两周后,比较两组干预前、干预一周后、干预两周后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和生活质量评分变化,比较两组干预后的护理满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果重复测量方差分析显示,两组SAS、SDS、PSQI评分组间-时间交互作用比较差异有统计学意义,干预1周、2周后,两组SAS、SDS、PSQI评分均低于干预前,GQOLI-74各维度得分均高于干预前,且观察组变化均优于对照组(均P<0.05);两组患者均无不良反应情况发生。结论中医情志护理联合耳穴压丸可以改善细菌性肺炎患者的心理状态和睡眠状态,提高其生活质量,且具有较好的安全性。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with ear acupoint pressure on negative emotions in patients with bacterial pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 bacterial pneumonia patients who received intervention at our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were prospectively selected and divided into a control group(50 cases)and an observation group(50 cases)using a digital random table method.The control group received symptomatic intervention,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with ear acupoint pressure pill intervention in addition to the standard care.After two weeks of intervention,changes in the Self-Assessment Scale for Anxiety(SAS),Self-Assessment Scale for Depression(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and Quality of Life scores were compared between the two groups at baseline,one week,and two weeks post-intervention.Nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions were also compared between the two groups after the intervention.Results Repeated-measures ANOVA revealed statistically significant differences in the SAS,SDS,and PSQI scores between the groups,particularly in the between-groups-time interaction.After 1 and 2 weeks of intervention,SAS,SDS,and PSQI scores were lower than pre-intervention levels,while scores on all dimensions of the GQOLI-74 were higher compared to baseline in both groups.The changes observed in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were reported in either group of patients.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine emotional care and ear acupoint pressure pills effectively improves the psychological well-being and sleep quality of patients with bacterial pneumonia,enhances their overall quality of life,and demonstrates good safety.
