摘 要:目的采用熵权TOPSIS法对不同产地牡丹皮质量进行综合评价。方法收集全国10省22批牡丹皮样品,采用HPLC同时测定牡丹皮中苯甲酰氧化芍药苷、儿茶素、丹皮酚、氧化芍药苷、没食子酸、苯甲酸、芍药苷、苯甲酰芍药苷等8个成分的含量,运用熵权TOPSIS法对成分含量及厚度测定结果进行综合分析,并用SPSS 22.0软件对牡丹皮各成分含量、厚度及综合评分值进行双变量相关性分析。结果22批不同产地牡丹皮的苯甲酰氧化芍药苷、儿茶素、丹皮酚、氧化芍药苷、没食子酸、苯甲酸、芍药苷、苯甲酰芍药苷的平均含量分别为0.259~0.678、0.181~2.35、8.278~34.071、3.148~21.321、1.437~4.972、0.471~1.877、7.640~17.907、1.037~3.580 mg/g。质量排名前6名是AH5(安徽省铜陵县凤凰山)、sx(陕西省商洛市商州区)、AH3(安徽省芜湖市南陵县)、AH2(安徽省池州市青阳县)、HN2(河南省周口市鹿邑县)、HB(湖北省十堰市)。牡丹皮的综合得分值与氧化芍药苷、芍药苷、苯甲酰氧化芍药苷、苯甲酰芍药苷、丹皮酚的含量均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论不同产地的牡丹皮质量存在一定差异,其中安徽省铜陵县凤凰山、陕西省商洛市商州区、安徽省芜湖市南陵县产的牡丹皮质量较优。Objective To comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Mortan Cortex.Methods A total of 22 Mortan Cortex samples were collected from ten provinces.The contents of gallic acid,oxypaeoniflorin,catechins,paeoniflorin,benzoic acid,benzoyloxypaeoniflorin,benzoylpaeoniflorin,and paeonol were determined using a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method.The content data and sample thickness were evaluated using the entropy-weighted TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)method.Bivariate correlation analysis was performed using SPSS software to assess relationships among the eight chemical components,thickness,and comprehensive evaluation scores.Results The contents of gallic acid,oxypaeoniflorin,catechins,paeoniflorin,benzoic acid,benzoyloxypaeoniflorin,benzoylpaeoniflorin,and paeonol in 22 batches of Mortan Cortex from different production regions ranged from 0.259 to 0.678,0.181 to 2.350,8.278 to 34.071,3.148 to 21.321,1.437 to 4.972,0.471 to 1.877,7.640 to 17.907,and 1.037 to 3.580 mg/g,respectively.The top six samples based on the comprehensive quality evaluation were from AH5(Fenghuang Mountain,Tongling,Anhui),SX(Shangzhou District,Shangluo,Shaanxi),AH3(Nanling County,Wuhu,Anhui),AH2(Qingyang County,Chizhou,Anhui),HN2(Luyi County,Zhoukou,Henan),and HB(Shiyan City,Hubei).The comprehensive evaluation score of Mortan Cortex showed significant positive correlations with the contents of oxypaeoniflorin,paeoniflorin,benzoyloxypaeoniflorin,benzoylpaeoniflorin,and paeonol(P<0.01).Conclusion The entropy-weighted TOPSIS method is applicable for the comprehensive quality evaluation of Mortan Cortex.
