摘 要:无粉白光LED因其在健康照明和光效存在优势而被认为是下一代LED的发展方向。使用NSGA-II算法对五基色无荧光粉LED(5PC-PF-LED)进行光谱优化。优化结果与荧光粉LED的对比测试表明,五基色无粉LED的一般显色指数均大于90,具有较好的颜色还原能力,同时具有较高的光效和较低的蓝光危害,在暗视觉条件下对眼睛更加友好。无粉LED在促进更健康、更高效的照明方面发挥着关键作用。Phosphor-free white LEDs are regarded as the developmental direction of next-generation LEDs due to their advantages in healthy lighting and luminous efficacy.In this study,the Non-dominated-Sorting-Genetic-Algorithm II(NSGA-II)was employed for spectral optimization of a five-primary-color phosphor-free LED(5PC-PF-LEDs).The optimized results were compared with phosphor-based LEDs,and the findings revealed that the general color rendering index(CRI)of the five-primary-color phosphor-free LED exceeded 90,indicating excellent color fidelity.Additionally,it exhibited higher luminous efficiency and lower blue light hazards,making it more eye-friendly under low-light conditions.Phosphor-free LEDs play a key role in advancing healthier and more efficient illumination solutions.
