摘 要:越裔加拿大作家金翠的长篇小说《满》,描绘了越南食味记忆在多重跨国空间中的流转、移植,以及由此引发的具身性互通共感,借此编织跨国主义互动网络。小说中,女主人公满置身于跨国流散境遇,借助越南食物、味觉体验以及烹制技艺等,勾连地方情感与原乡记忆,进而营造在地身份与人际联结,在此过程中,饮食族裔共同体逐渐得以构建。而通过叙述发生于法国巴黎的跨族裔味觉实践,旨在以包容共通的感召力,召唤具身化的跨族裔价值立场,构建世界性的互联互通。同时,作家亦针对跨族裔语境下的伦理危机与身份困境,试图探寻民族化的化解策略。The novel Mãn by Vietnamese-born Canadian author Kim Thúy,depicts the circulation and transplantation of Vietnamese taste memories across multiple transnational spaces,creating a shared embodied resonance that weaves a global network of interactions.The protagonist,Mãn,situated in a diasporic context,employs Vietnamese food,taste experiences,and culinary skills to connect with local emotions and memories of her homeland.This process helps her forge local identities and build interpersonal connections,ultimately creating an ethnic cuisine community.By narrating cross-ethnic taste practices set in Paris,the author aims to evoke an embodied,inclusive,and shared cross-ethnic perspective,fostering global interconnectedness.Additionally,the novel explores nationalized strategies for addressing ethical crises and identity dilemmas within a cross-ethnic context.
