成长叙事助力大学生思想政治教育实效提升探赜

摘　　要：成长叙事作为叙事的一种重要形式,蕴含着丰富的思想政治教育资源和智慧,在培塑政治认同与家国情怀、增强思想政治教育亲和力和针对性、优化思想政治教育资源供给等方面具有独特优势和功能。在叙事主体上关注“我”聚焦“我们”,在叙事内容上强调对成长叙事的深层意义关切,在叙事过程中注重设计性情境和生成性情境的有效贯通。优化成长叙事的策略,需要注意目标预设与情境性生成之间的适度张力、工具性与价值性之间的潜在冲突、宏大叙事与微小叙事之间的有机结合等问题,从而实现成长叙事主导性与主体性、故事性与思想性、灌输性与启发性的统一。As an important form of narration,growth narrative contains abundant ideological and political education resources and wisdom,and has unique advantages and functions in cultivating political identity and feelings of family and country,enhancing affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education,and optimizing the supply of ideological and political education resources.It is important to focus on“I”and“we”in the narrative subject,emphasize the deep meaning of the growth narrative in the narrative content,and pay attention to the effective connection between the design environment and the generative situation in the narrative process.The strategy of optimizing growth narrative needs to pay attention to the moderate tension between goal presetting and situational generation,the potential conflict between instrumentality and value,and the organic combination between grand narrative and small narrative,so as to achieve the unity of dominant and subjective,story and ideological,indoctrination and inspiration of growth narrative.
