摘  要:文章针对一步相转移-沉淀法制备CaCO_(3)工艺中以D-葡萄糖酸钠为相转移剂所存在的体系黏度较大、碳化后所生成的CaCO_(3)沉淀与母液之间分离困难等主要问题,对新型相转移剂的筛选及工艺条件优化进行研究。以预处理后磷石膏为原料,相转移反应Ca^(2+)相转移率为主要考察指标,筛选并确定较适宜的新型相转移剂为柠檬酸铵(ammonium citrate,AC)。考察并确定较适宜的相转移反应工艺条件如下:n(AC)∶n(CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O)为4∶3,反应温度为5℃,反应时间为10 min,搅拌速率为200 r/min;此条件下平均Ca^(2+)相转移率为95.08%。相转移液经碳化后,所制备的CaCO_(3)样品为纯相方解石型CaCO_(3);碳化母液中Ca^(2+)质量分数为0.17%,适于返回相转移反应工序循环使用。In this paper,aiming at the main deficiencies in the preparation of CaCO_(3)by one-step phase transfer-precipitation method using sodium D-gluconate as the phase transfer agent,such as the high viscosity of the system and the difficulty in separating the precipitated CaCO_(3)after carbonization from the mother liquor,the phase transfer agents are screened and the process conditions are optimized.Taking the phase transfer rate of Ca^(2+)in phase transfer reaction as the main index,ammonium citrate(AC)is determined as the more suitable phase transfer agent for the phase transfer reaction from pretreated phosphogypsum and the more suitable process conditions are determined as follows:n(AC)∶n(CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O)is 4∶3,the reaction temperature is 5℃,the reaction time is 10 min,and the stirring rate is 200 r/min,under which the average phase transfer rate of Ca^(2+)reaches 95.08%.The as-prepared CaCO_(3)sample is pure calcite CaCO_(3).The mother liquor after carbonization is suited to reuse in the phase transfer reaction with a Ca^(2+)mass fraction of 0.17%.
