摘　　要：目的探讨漂族老年人睡眠质量现况及分型,并分析其睡眠质量的影响因素。方法便利选取德阳市182名漂族老年人为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果漂族老年人可分为睡眠质量较差组、睡眠质量一般组、睡眠质量较好组3种类别;婚姻状况、子女个数、居住方式、社交回避及苦恼、孤独感是漂族老年人睡眠质量的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论漂族老年人睡眠质量较差,社会和老年人子女应根据老年人特征采取有针对性的干预措施,以提高老年人睡眠质量。Objective To investigate the status and classification of sleep quality of old drifters,and analysis the influencing factors of sleep quality.Methods Conveniently select 182 old drifters from Deyang City as survey subjects for questionnaire survey.Results The old drifters were divided into three class:poor sleep quality group,general sleep quality group,and good sleep quality group.Marital status,quantity of children,living style,social avoidance and distress,and loneliness are factors that affect the sleep quality of old drifters(P<0.05).Conclusion The sleep quality of old drifters is poor.The society and the children of the elderly should take being intervention measures according to the characteristics of the elderly to improve the sleep quality of the elderly.
