摘 要:目的调查中山市公立医院感染预防与控制专业人员(简称感控人员)职业培训情况,为今后完善感控人员职业培训策略提供依据。方法于2022年2月对全市29所公立医院的感控人员进行问卷调查。结果感控人员以女性、护理学专业、从事感控工作≤2年为主;不同类别感控人员参加的岗前培训等级、省级及以上感控培训次数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同级别医疗卫生机构感控人员参加的岗前培训等级及院内感控培训次数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。不同类别、不同级别医疗卫生机构感控人员岗位胜任力培养方式以参加继续教育或培训为主,参加的培训课程内容以专业理论与实践为主。结论当前感控人员职业培训存在人力资源和人才培养投入不足、职业培训体系不完善、职业培训支持欠缺及职业培训供给侧不完善等问题,需要卫生主管部门、医疗卫生机构共同努力。Objective To investigate the vocational training for infection prevention and control professionals in public hospitals in Zhongshan City,so as to provide a basis for improving the vocational training strategy of infection prevention and control professionals in the future.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the infection prevention and control professionals from 29 public hospitals in Zhongshan City in February 2022.Results Most of prevention and control professionals are female,majored in nursing and engaged in infection prevention and control for less than 2 years.The comparison between the pre-post training grade that different prevention and control professionals have received and the province-level or above training times for prevention and control has statistical significance(P<0.05).The comparison between the pre-post training grade that prevention and control professionals have received in different level healthcare institution and training times for prevention and control in hospital has statistical significance(P<0.001).The training model of post competency for infection prevention and control professionals in different class and levels of healthcare institutions is mainly to participate in continuing education or training,and the content of training courses should be based on professional theory and practice.Conclusion Some problems are still exsiting in the professional training of infection prevention and control professionals in nowadays,such as insufficient investment in human resources and personnel training,imperfect vocational training system,insufficient support for vocational training,and imperfect supply side of vocation training,which need co-efforts of the health authorities and healthcare institutions.
