摘　　要：采用问卷法与访谈法对我国174家养老机构的事故风险防控现状进行调查,发现近半数养老机构发生过老年人意外事故,其中跌倒、噎食和压疮是最为常见的事故类型。目前绝大多数养老机构从人员配置、制度执行、家属沟通、保险购买、硬件管理等方面建立了自身的风险防控体系,但人员培训不到位、照护计划难以落地、应急处置能力不足是制约机构风控能力提升的三大痛点,主要受行业人才供给不足和机构经营困难等因素的影响。智慧化技术虽然在风险防控体系构建中具备相当潜力,但当前推进面临困难。Survey was conducted with questionnaire and interview methods to investigate the status of risk prevention and control of accidents in 174 elderly care institutes in China.It was found that nearly half of the institutions had experienced accidents involving elderly people includes falls,choking,and pressure ulcers are most common types of accidents.At present,most of elderly care institutes have established their own risk prevention and control systems includes personnel allocation,system implementation,family communication,insurance purchase,hardware management.However,inadequate personnel training,difficulty in implementing care plans,and insufficient emergency response capabilities are the three main difficulties limit the improvement of risk control capabilities in institutes,mainly affected by factors such as insufficient personnel supply in the industry and difficulties in institutional operation.Although intelligent technology has considerable potential in the construction of risk prevention and control systems,it currently faces difficulties in promotion.
