摘 要:电磁除垢法作为一种新型的物理方法,能促进碳酸钙在水中的溶解或造成碳酸钙晶型的转变,从而抑制碳酸钙沉淀的产生。为了探究电磁防垢装置在不同工艺参数下阻垢性能的变化,并在研究范围内采用响应面分析法对电磁防垢装置的最优工艺条件进行验证。采用电导率法做为阻垢率评价标准,考察不同工艺参数对模拟水样临界电导率的影响。结果表明:当电磁场电压为12 V、频率为54 Hz、作用时间为0.7 h和温度为31℃时,模拟水样临界电导率为1662μS/cm。与未进行电磁阻垢装置处理的模拟水样相比临界电导率提高了229μS/cm。说明将电磁防垢装置应用在油田注水开发的过程中,具有良好的阻垢性能。As a new physical method,electromagnetic descaling can promote the dissolution of calcium carbonate in water or cause a change in the crystal structure of calcium carbonate,thereby inhibiting the formation of calcium carbonate precipitation.In order to investigate the changes in the scale inhibition performance of the electromagnetic anti-scale device under different process parameters,and verify the optimal process conditions of the electromagnetic anti-scale device within the research range using response surface analysis,the critical conductivity value of the simulated water sample was evaluated using the conductivity method as the scale inhibition rate evaluation standard.The influence of different process parameters on the critical conductivity value of the simulated water sample was examined.The results show that when the electromagnetic field voltage is 12 V,the frequency is 54 Hz,the action time is 0.7 h and the temperature is 31℃,the critical conductivity value of the simulated water sample is 1662μS/cm.The critical conductivity value of the simulated water sample is increased by 229μS/cm compared with water sample without electromagnetic scale inhibition treatment.This shows that the application of the electromagnetic anti-scale device in the oilfield water injection development process has good scale inhibition performance.
