美国乔治·华盛顿纪念公园路的建设历程--兼论草原天路的发展对策

摘　　要：美国乔治·华盛顿纪念公园路拥有较好的风景资源与众多历史文化遗迹,其建设有赖于美国发达的经济水平、国家公园运动的开展和国家与民众的强烈支持。作为中国首都周边的旅游公路,草原天路近年来发展却不尽如人意。两者在旅游目的、管理开发和管理主体等方面存在明显不同,进而导致呈现的最终效果不一致。了解乔治·华盛顿纪念公园路建设始末,总结并借鉴其建设与发展经验,可为今后河北省草原天路等相似旅游模式的开发提供借鉴。The George Washington Memorial Parkway in the United States boasts some of the finest scenic resources and numerous historical and cultural landmarks around Washington D.C.Its construction was facilitated by the developed economic level of the United States at that time,the advent of the national park movement,and the strong support from both the government and the public.As a tourist highway surrounding the capital of China,the Grass Skyline has not fared as well in recent years.There are significant differences between the two in terms of tourist purposes,management and development,and managing entities,which have led to different outcomes.The understanding of the entire process of the construction of the George Washington Memorial Parkway serves as a practical means of summarizing and drawing lessons from its construction and development experience,providing insights for exploring strategies for the development of similar tourism models to the Grass Skyline in Hebei Province.
