摘　　要：尊崇人类文明发展张力,立足中西文明发展坐标,在文明比较映照下,中华民族现代文明的特点和优点得到了最大程度的彰显。在厘清工具理性与价值理性、思辨理性与实践理性、包容理性与超越理性、理性与非理性等辩证关系基础上,中华民族现代文明的新理性精神得以确立。在以人与自然和谐共生取代人类中心主义、新集体主义置换个人主义、人类命运共同体更替西方中心论的人类文明新实践中,中华民族现代文明的新建设道路得以建构。在人民中心与资本中心、全人类共同价值与西方“普世价值”、人的自由全面发展与资本增殖的激烈碰撞下,中华民族现代文明的新价值特性得以厚植。因此,物化消解与文明重塑,真理、实践与价值的“三位一体”,充分表征了中华民族现代文明的“超越性”。By admitting and properly responding to the tensions in the development of human civilization and grounding itself in the coordinates and comparisons of both Chinese and Western civilizations, the characteristics and advantages of modern Chinese civilization have been illuminated to the greatest extent. The new rational spirit of modern Chinese civilization has been established on the basis of clarifying the dialectical relationships between instrumental rationality and value rationality, speculative rationality and practical rationality, inclusive rationality and transcendent rationality, as well as rationality and irrationality;the new path for the construction of modern Chinese civilization has been forged in the new practices of human civilization, replacing anthropocentrism with the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature, substituting individualism with new collectivism, and replacing the West-centrism with the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind;the new value characteristics of modern Chinese civilization have been deeply cultivated, amid the fierce collision between people-centered values and capital-centered values, between the common values of all mankind and the Western "universal values", and between the free and comprehensive development of individuals and capital accumulation. Therefore, the transcendence, lying in the "Chineseness" of modern Chinese civilization, could be fully exemplified through dispelling materialization and reconstructing civilization, along with the "trinity" of truth, practice, and value.
