摘　　要：制度型开放是建设开放型经济新体制的重点,其历史生成、理论依据与现实意义蕴含深厚的政治经济学原理。在马克思主义世界历史语境中,制度型开放吸纳高端生产力要素,改进融通世界市场的生产关系,借鉴一切人类制度文明成果,持续推进更高水平的对外开放。在马克思主义社会再生产视域下,制度型开放通过构建现代流通体系降低生产成本,通过完善市场经济体制提升生产效率,从而保障社会再生产顺利进行。依据马克思主义竞争学说,制度型开放有助于我国攀升高端价值链,在疲软的世界经济局势中获取红利,进而打造国际竞争新优势。新时代新征程上,稳步扩大制度型开放要坚持与时俱进,在主动对接国际通行规则的同时倒逼国内体制机制改革,探索出一条符合我国国情的制度型开放道路。Institutional opening-up is a key focus in establishing a new system for an open economy, containing profound principles of Marxist political economy with its historical emergence, theoretical foundation and practical significance. In the context of Marxist world history, institutional opening-up absorbs high-end productivity factors, improves production relations integrated into the global market, draws on the achievements of all human institutional civilizations, and continuously advances higher level opening- up. From the perspective of Marxist social reproduction, institutional opening-up reduces production costs by constructing modern circulation system and enhances production efficiency by refining the market economy system, thereby ensuring the smooth progress of social reproduction. According to Marxist theories of competition, institutional opening-up helps China ascend the high-end value chain, gains dividends in a weak global economic situation, and create new advantages in international competition. On the new journey of the new era, steadily expanding institutional opening-up requires keeping pace with the times, proactively aligning with international norms while driving domestic institutional reforms, and exploring a path of institutional opening-up that suits China′s national conditions.
