摘 要:目的:探究网织红细胞参数、甲状旁腺激素(Parathyroid hormone,PTH)与铁蛋白(ferritin,FER)在肾性贫血诊断中的应用价值。方法:抽取佛山市第二人民医院2023年1月-2023年12月期间门诊、体检及住院病人共154例,依据贫血类型分为肾性贫血组(49例)、非肾性贫血组(42例)及正常组(63例)。并对网织红细胞参数、PTH与FER进行检测,将肾性贫血组与非肾性贫血组网织红细胞参数、PTH、FER水平以及肾性贫血组与正常组PTH、FER进行统计学对比。结果:肾性贫血组网织红细胞百分率、网织红细胞绝对值、未成熟网织红细胞比率、低荧光强度网织红细胞比率、中荧光强度网织红细胞比率、高荧光强度网织红细胞比率、PTH与非肾性贫血组具有显著性差异(P<0.05),而FER差异不明显(P>0.05);肾性贫血组PTH、FER与正常组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:网织红细胞参数及PTH水平能作为肾性贫血诊断主要辅助参考数据,在临床早期诊断、诊治中具有一定的应用价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of reticulocyte parameters,Parathyroid hormone(PTH)and ferritin(FER)in patients with renal anemia.Methods:A total of 154 patients were selected from the Second People's Hospital of Foshan from January 2023 to December 2023.According to the type of anemia,they were divided into renal anemia group(49 cases),non-renal anemia group(42 cases)and normal group(63 cases).Reticulocyte parameters,PTH and FER were compared between renal anemia group and non-renal anemia group.PTH and FER were compared between renal anemia group and normal group.Results:There were significant differences in reticulocyte,reticulocyte absolute value,immature reticulocyte fraction,low fluorescent reticulocyte ratio,middle fluorescent reticulocyte ratio,high fluorescent reticulocyte ratio and PTH between renal anemia group and non-renal anemia group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in FER(P>0.05).There were significant differences in PTH and FER between renal anemia group and normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reticulocyte parameters and PTH can be used as the main auxiliary reference data in the diagnosis of renal anemia,and have certain application value in the early diagnosis and treatment of renal anemia.
