摘　　要：植物的花香挥发物在植物的生长发育过程中起着重要作用,不仅能吸引昆虫传粉,还能驱赶天敌。近年来,花香挥发物已在化妆品、食品、香料以及药物等领域被广泛应用。基于此,本文对常见植物的花香挥发物成分进行了介绍,归纳总结了花香挥发物的释放规律,并总结评价了现有花香挥发物的提取和检测方法。本文为植物香气挥发物的基础研究和应用开发提供了理论依据。The floral volatile organic compounds play an important role in the growth and development of plants.They can not only attract insects for pollination,but also repel predators.In recent years,floral volatile organic compounds have been widely used in cosmetics,food,spices,and pharmaceuticals.Based on this,we introduced the components of floral volatile organic compounds in common plants,summarized the release patterns of floral volatile organic compounds,and reviewed the methods for extraction and detection of floral volatile organic compounds.This review provides a theoretical basis for the basic research and application development of plant volatile organic compounds.
