古籍大众化传播的范式变迁与公共图书馆的角色优化

摘　　要：《关于推进新时代古籍工作的意见》明确要求做好古籍大众化传播工作。古籍传播是古籍信息的传播,包含了古籍本位信息与衍生信息的传播;“古籍大众化传播”有别于“古籍大众传播”,强调的是“大众化”这一根本目的而非“大众媒介”这一具体路径。技术迭代引发了当今社会信息传播范式的快速变迁,大众传播、网络传播、自媒体传播和智能传播等多种传播范式在古籍大众化传播中集中展演,在彰显各自优势的同时呈现出日渐明显的融合趋势。公共图书馆作为新时期古籍工作体系中的核心组成部分,应跳出传统职能限制,在古籍大众化传播中扮演好古籍大众传播合作者、古籍网络传播主导者、古籍自媒体传播参与者、古籍智能传播助力者的角色。The Opinions on Promoting the Work of Ancient Books in the New Era clearly calls for the mass communication of ancient books.The communication of ancient books is the communication of ancient book information,including the communication of both ancient book based information and derivative information.The communication of ancient books is different from the mass communication of ancient books,emphasizing the fundamental purpose of popularization rather than the specifi c path of mass media.The rapid transformation of information communication paradigms in today’s society has been triggered by technological iteration.Various communication paradigms such as mass communication,online communication,self media communication,and intelligent communication have been concentrated and demonstrated in the popularization of ancient books,demonstrating their respective advantages while showing an increasingly obvious trend of integration.As a core component of the new era's ancient book work system,public libraries should break free from traditional functional limitations,continuously optimize their role positioning,and play the roles of collaborators in the mass communication of ancient books,leaders in the online communication of ancient books,participants in the self-media communication of ancient books,and facilitators of intelligent communication of ancient books in the mass communication of ancient books.
