摘　　要：学术交流与开放数据催生了研究数据管理服务,研究数据管理方面的实践为国内外高校图书馆研究数据管理服务内容框架与体系的构建提供借鉴和启示,有助于推动图书馆服务转型,助力科研工作发展。文章采用文献及网络调研方法,对美国纽约和旧金山湾区十所名校图书馆的服务原则、服务对象、管理团队与服务网络、数据服务管理计划、服务指南和关键性服务等方面进行分析,从中提取并探究服务的核心要素,并通过SWOT分析法归纳了美国湾区名校图书馆研究数据管理服务的优势、劣势、机会与威胁。由此,得到如下启示:完善顶层设计,构建学术共同体;重塑定位,开展多元合作;规范服务流程,开发特色数据资源;提升馆员数据素养,开展深层次、多维服务。Academic exchanges and open data have spawned research data management services.The research on the practice of research data management provides reference and inspiration for the construction of the content framework and system of research data management services in university libraries at home and abroad,which is helpful to promote the transformation of library services and help the development of scientific research.This paper uses literature and network research methods to analyze the service principles,service objects,management teams and service networks,data service management plans,service guidelines and key services of ten famous university libraries in New York and San Francisco Bay Area of the United States,extracts and explores the core elements of services,and summarizes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of research data management services of famous university libraries in the Bay Area of the United States through SWOT analysis.Therefore,the following enlightenment is obtained:improve the top-level design and build an academic community;reshape the positioning and carry out diversified cooperation;standardize the service process and develop characteristic data resources;improve librarians'data literacy and carry out deep and multi-dimensional services.
