摘　　要：随着信息技术的蓬勃发展,新质生产力成为图书馆事业高质量发展的新动能。其以新一代信息技术集成应用为核心,以创意与科技创新的深度融合为主导力量,赋予图书馆服务整个价值链条强大的创新动力和技术支撑能力。在智慧图书馆建设的浪潮之下,智能应用越来越多地体现在当代图书馆服务中。图书馆积极探索利用人工智能、区块链、5G、元宇宙等新兴科技深度赋能图书馆资源。智慧图书馆加速落地,第三代FOLIO服务模式逐渐形成新的生态平台。机器人、网上借阅等多元化服务模式及虚拟读者证的投入使用等都在助力图书馆事业的高质量发展、推动图书馆与社区融合建设,图书馆将迎来“最好的时代”。With the rapid advancement of information technology,new quality productive forces have emerged as a new driver for the high-quality development of the library sector.Centered on the integrated application of next-generation information technologies and driven by the deep fusion of creativity and technological innovation,they imbue the entire value chain of library services with robust innovative momentum and technological support.Amid the wave of smart library development,intelligent applications are increasingly embedded in contemporary library services.Libraries are actively exploring the use of emerging technologies,such as artificial intelligence(AI),blockchain,5G,and the metaverse,to deeply empower library resources.The accelerated implementation of smart libraries and the gradual formation of third-generation FOLIO-based service models are fostering a new ecosystem.Diverse service models,including robotics,online lending,and virtual reader cards,are contributing to the high-quality growth of libraries and promoting their integration with communities.Libraries are ushering in their"golden era."
