融合发展视域下高校图书馆未来学习中心建设的功能定位与发展策略研究

摘　　要：建设未来学习中心是新兴技术条件下育人方式的创新性探索。融合发展视域下,高校图书馆的功能定位、资源载体、服务模式、读者需求都发生了转变。文章从发展理念、资源维度、技术维度的角度分析了高校图书馆融合发展与未来学习中心建设的逻辑关联,认为二者形成了相互促进、共同发展的关系。结合相关研究与实践,总结了在融合发展视域下,高校图书馆未来学习中心建设的功能定位包括数据治理、知识管理、环境支撑、平等包容与用户培育。在此基础上,文章提出未来发展策略应当围绕以下几方面进行规划部署:构筑资源融合发展体系,搭建融合发展合作机制,开展以人为本的融合式创新服务,变革组织管理模式,以使高校图书馆真正成为促进学生全面成长、教师深入研究的学习中心。The construction of future learning center is an innovative exploration of education mode under the condition of emerging technology.From the perspective of integrated development,the functional orientation,resource carrier,service mode and reader demand of university library have changed.This paper analyzes the logical relationship between the integrated development of university libraries and the construction of future learning centers from the perspectives of development concept,resource dimension and technical dimension,and believes that the two have formed a relationship of mutual promotion and common development.Based on relevant research and practice,this paper summarizes the functional orientation of the future learning center construction of university libraries from the perspective of integrated development,including data governance,knowledge management,environmental support,equal inclusion and user cultivation.On this basis,the article puts forward that the future development strategy should be planned and deployed around the following aspects:building a resource integration development system,building an integrated development cooperation mechanism,carrying out people-oriented integrated innovation services,and changing the organization and management mode,so that the university library can truly become a learning center to promote the overall growth of students and the in-depth study of teachers.
