摘 要:设施农田土壤中的残膜在光老化、机械磨损等作用下会破碎成微塑料,并释放邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)等塑料添加剂,诱发农田土壤潜在生态环境风险。以杭州市临安区某设施农田为调查研究对象,采用扫描电子显微镜、体视显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和激光拉曼光谱仪等对土壤中的微塑料进行鉴定,并分析了典型PAEs邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)的浓度,探究覆膜方式对土壤中微塑料丰度与DEHP浓度污染特征的影响。结果表明:(1)农膜是设施农田土壤中微塑料和DEHP的重要来源;(2)覆膜方式显著影响土壤中微塑料丰度与DEHP浓度的污染特征;(3)微塑料与DEHP具有较强的向下迁移能力。The residual mulch in facility agricultural soils undergoes fragmentation into microplastics under the effects of photoaging and mechanical abrasion,releasing plastic additives such as typical phthalates,which poses potential eco-environmental risks to agricultural soils.A facility agricultural land in Lin’an District,Hangzhou was investigated.Scanning electron microscopy,stereomicroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and laser Raman spectroscopy were used to identify the microplastics,and the concentration of di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP),one of typical PAEs was analyzed.The influence of factors such as mulch types on the characteristics of microplastics abundance and DEHP concentration pollution were explored.Results showed that:(1)agricultural mulch was the important source of microplastics and DEHP in facility agricultural land;(2)mulch types affected the characteristics of microplastics abandance and DEHP concentraton significantly;(3)microplastics and DEHP could migrate down to the deep soils.
