摘  要:地聚合物胶凝材料是一种低碳、环保的新型绿色建筑材料。以低活性镍铁渣为主要原料,通过机械活化+碱激发方式制备地聚合物。结果表明,镍铁渣原料经磨粉过50目筛,再以转速550 r/min、球料比4.17(质量比)的条件球磨90 min,可以制得最优原料。球磨后的镍铁渣在碱掺量8%(质量分数)、碱模数1.2、水胶比0.14(质量比)、养护温度80℃的最优条件下养护48 h,3 d抗压强度可超80 MPa。机理分析表明,地聚合物产物中形成胶凝-晶相结构是其较高强度的原因。研究可为低活性镍铁渣的资源化和地聚合物制备提供一定的参考。Geopolymer cementitious material is a new kind of green building material with low carbon and environmental friendlyness.In this study,the geopolymer was prepared by mechanical activation and alkali excitation with low-activity ferronickel slag as the main raw material.The results showed that the optimal geopolymer material could be prepared by grinding and sifting ferronickel slag for 50 mesh,then ball milling for 90 min at a rotating speed of 550 r/min and a ball-to-material ratio of 4.17(mass ratio).Under the optimal conditions of 8%(measured as mass fraction)alkali content,1.2 alkali modulus,0.14(mass ratio)water-binder ratio and 80℃curing for 48 h,the 3 d compressive strength of geopolymer after ball milling could exceed 80 MPa.Mechanism analysis indicated that the gel-crystalline phase structure in the product of geopolymer was the source of its higher strength.This study could provide some references for the resource utilization of low-activity ferronickel slag and the preparation of geopolymer.
