摘 要:含氯挥发性有机物(CVOCs)广泛存在于化工工艺废气中,由于其成分复杂,治理难度大,是当前废气治理工作的重点。基于课题组前期开发的新型钌铈基复合材料,采用涂覆法制备得到一体化成型工业催化剂,并依托某氯碱化工企业含CVOCs工艺废气开展中试性能研究。结果表明,在中试工况条件下,催化剂样品对CVOCs催化降解表现出优异性能,废气非甲烷总烃(NMHC)的转化率稳定在99%以上;连续运行960 h后催化剂仍可保持整体催化活性,尾气NMHC排放水平(<10 mg/m^(3))远低于《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB 16297—1996)。中试反应后催化剂的二次反应性能略有降低,通过X射线衍射光谱(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等分析,发现活性元素钌的流失、氯元素在催化剂表面的沉积以及反应过程中催化剂的烧结是造成催化剂性能下降的主要原因。Chlorinated volatile organic compounds(CVOCs)are widely present in waste gases from chemical processes,which are the focus of waste gas treatment due to their complex composition and difficulty in treatment.Based on the series of ruthenium-cerium-based composite materials developed by our research group,this paper prepared the integrated molding industrial catalyst by coating method.The pilot-scale performance study was conducted based on the CVOCs process waste gas from chlor-alkali chemical industry.The catalysts showed excellent performance for the catalytic oxidation of CVOCs under the conditions of pilot test.The conversions of non-methane total hydrocarbons(NMHC)were stably more than 99%.After 960 h of continuous operation,the overall catalytic activity could still be maintained,and the emission concentrations of NMHC(<10 mg/m^(3))in the tail gas were much lower than the“Integrated emission standard of air pollutants”(GB 16297-1996).The secondary reaction performance of the catalysts were slightly reduced after pilot reaction.Through X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD),X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and other analyses,it was found that the loss of active element Ru,the deposition of Cl on the catalyst surface,and the sintering of the catalyst during the reaction process were the main reasons for the decline in the performance of catalysts.
