摘  要:为探讨外源ABA对大叶女贞抗寒性的影响,采用隶属函数综合评价的方法,对喷施不同浓度ABA(100、200、300和400μmol/L)后叶片生理指标在自然降温过程中的动态变化规律进行研究。结果表明:(1)自2022年10月15日至翌年1月15日的自然降温过程中,叶绿素含量在降温初期逐渐上升,于11月15日后大幅下降;相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)及渗透调节物质(可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸)含量持续提高;保护酶(SOD、POD和CAT)活性逐渐增大,于12月15日SOD活性开始降低,而POD和CAT活性则在12月30日后呈下降趋势。(2)于翌年1月15日,各ABA处理的叶绿素、渗透调节物质含量及保护酶活性均高于对照(CK),而相对电导率和MDA含量均低于CK。(3)采用隶属函数法对不同处理大叶女贞的抗寒性进行综合评价。结果显示,各ABA处理植株的抗寒性均高于CK,且各ABA处理间存在差异。其中,200μmol/L处理的抗寒能力最强,其次为100μmol/L和300μmol/L,400μmol/L的抗寒性最弱。综上所述,外源ABA通过提高渗透调节物质含量以及保护酶活性、降低膜脂过氧化水平和膜伤害程度、缓解叶绿素降解,提高大叶女贞的抗寒性,200μmol/L处理的效果最佳。In order to study the effect of exogenous ABA on the cold resistance of Ligustrum lucidum,the dynamic changes of leaf physiological indexes under the condition of natural decreasing in temperature were investigated by using the comprehensive evaluation method of the affiliation function after spraying different concentrations of ABA(100,200,300 and 400μmol/L).The results showed that:(1)During the natural decreasing in temperature falling process from October 15th,2022 to January 15th of the following year,chlorophyll content rose gradually at the initial stage of cooling and decreased significantly after November 15th.The relative conductivity,and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)and osmoregulatory substances(soluble sugar,soluble protein,and proline)were increased continuously.The activities of protective enzymes(SOD,POD,and CAT)increased gradually.SOD activity began to decrease on December 15th,while POD and CAT activities showed a trend of decline after December 30th.(2)On January 15th of the following year,the contents of chlorophyll and osmoregulatory substances,and the activities of protective enzymes in leaves treated with ABA were higher than those in leaves of control check(CK),while relative conductivity and MDA contents were lower than those in leaves of CK.(3)The subordinate function method was used to comprehensively evaluate the cold resistance of L.lucidum of different treatments.The results demonstrated that the cold resistance of plants treated with ABA was higher than that of CK,and there were differences among the different concentrations of treatments.L.lucidum treated with 200μmol/L ABA showed the mostbest resistant to cold resistance,followed by those treated with 100μmol/L and 300μmol/L ABA,respectively,while those treated with 400μmol/L ABA were the least resistant.The results above indicated that exogenous ABA could enhance the cold resistance of L.lucidum by increasing the content of osmoregulatory substances as well as protecting enzyme activity,reducing the level of membrane li
