摘　　要：以改进计划行为理论为研究框架,构建涵盖信任度与心理影响因素共同作用的结构方程模型,以大连市老年人为实证分析对象,利用Mplus软件标定模型参数。研究结果表明:知觉行为控制与行为态度均对老年人网约车使用行为意向产生直接的正向影响,知觉行为控制(0.508)的影响程度大于行为态度(0.144);知觉行为控制(0.455)与主观规范(0.361)是直接影响老年人网约车出行行为态度的最主要因素;信任度是影响老年人网约车使用意向的重要因素,在知觉行为控制的中介作用下对使用意向产生显著的正向影响。The improved theory of planned behavior is used as the research framework to construct a structural equation model covering the joint effects of trust and psychological influencing factors.It takes the elderly in Dalian as the object of empirical analysis and uses Mplus software to calibrate the model parameters.The research results show that both perceived behavioral control and behavioral attitude have a direct positive impact on the behavioral intention of using online ride-hailing among the elderly.The influence of perceived behavioral control(0.508)is more significant than that of behavioral attitude(0.144).Perceived behavioral control(0.455)and subjective norm(0.361)is the most important factor that directly affects the elderly online car-hailing travel behavior and attitude.Trust is an important factor that affects the usage intention of elderly online car-hailing and has a significant impact on usage intention under the mediating effect of perceived behavioral control.
