铝合金超声切削修光加工切削力和温度研究

摘  要:为了研究超声切削修光加工过程的切削力和切削温度,分析超声振动的作用效果,开展了铝合金超声切削修光加工单因素试验,并与修光切削加工进行对比分析。结果表明:与修光切削加工相比,施加超声后主切削力降低33%~61%、进给力降低12%~41%、背向力降低6%~36%、切削温度减小13%~25%,这是由于超声的施加降低了摩擦系数,从而使切削力和切削温度降低。当超声振幅为12~18μm时,超声切削修光加工过程中主切削力从260N上升至440N,切削温度从108℃上升至168℃;当切削速度为50~110m/min时,主切削力从220N上升至540N,切削温度从121℃上升至160℃;当进给量为0.1~0.22mm/r时,主切削力从220N上升至510N,切削温度从113℃上升至172℃。In order to study the cutting force and cutting temperature of the ultrasonic cutting with wiper inserts(UCWI)and analyze the effect of ultrasonic vibration,a single-factor test of aluminum alloy UCWI was carried out.The results were compared with the results of the cutting with wiper inserts.The results show that the ultrasonic vibration can reduce the main cutting force by 33%-61%,the feed force by 12%-41%,the back force by 6%-36%and the cutting temperature by 13%-25%.The application of ultrasonic vibration can reduce the coefficient of friction,which reduces the cutting force and cutting temperature.Moreover,it is observed that when the ultrasonic amplitude is 12-18μm,the main cutting force is increased from 260 N to 440 N,and the cutting temperature is increased from 108℃to 168 Cduring UCWI.When the cutting speed is 50-110 m/min,the main cutting force is increased from 220 N to 540 N,and the cutting temperature rises from 121 Cto 172 C.With the increase of the feed from 0.1 to 0.22 mm/r,the main cutting force is increased from 220 N to 510 N,and the cutting temperature rises from 113 Cto 172℃.
