摘  要:为了改善复合材料接头的制作方式与力学性能,基于Kevlar短纤维增韧胶接接头,使用数字图像相关技术(DIC)对胶接接头的拉伸试验进行观测,得出接头的失效载荷与表面应变分布,研究胶层中的纤维长度与黏接表面的表面处理方式对单搭接胶接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明:纤维长度为0~1mm的Kevlar短纤维对胶接接头的增韧效果最好,可以提高胶接接头的失效载荷与伸长量,接头失效载荷提高到7.16kN,接头伸长量提高到3.97mm;表面打磨会使黏接失效更易发生,从而降低胶接接头的黏接性能。In order to improve the fabrication and mechanical properties of composite joints,tensile experiments of the glued joints were conducted using digital image correlation(DIC)based on Kevlar short fiber toughened glued joints to derive the failure load and the surface strain distribution of the joints and to study the effects of the fiber length in the adhesive layer and the surface treatment of the bonded surfaces on the mechanical properties of the single-lap bonded joints.The results show that the short Kevlar fiber with O-1 mm fiber length has the best toughening effect on the bonded joints,which can improve the failure load and elongation of the bonded joints.The failure load of the joints is increased to 7.16 kN,and the joints elongation is increased to 3.97 mm.The surface sanding will make adhesive bonding failures more prone to occur,which will reduce the bonded performance of the bonded joints.
