摘　　要：Chao Liu, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, is presently affiliated with the Anti-Drug Technology Center of Guangdong Province. He holds the rank of Police Commissioner(Class Ⅱ) and a second-level professional technical position. With more than three decades of experience in forensic investigations, he has specialized in the field of autopsy, constructing DNA databases.
