摘 要:面对柴油市场的饱和与过剩,提升其附加值成为关键。文中聚焦于催化裂化柴油的高值化利用需突破芳烃与非芳烃高效分离的技术瓶颈,剖析了溶剂类型、萃取条件与原料物性间的构效关系,重点揭示了溶剂选择标准对沸程分布的依赖性规律。从技术经济角度来看,不同溶剂体系在特定工艺中均存在优劣权衡。通过建立单一溶剂对芳烃萃取分离的全流程评价模型,为复合溶剂开发与工艺优化提供理论支撑。进一步提出通过分子设计开发新型萃取剂、耦合过程强化技术降低能耗的技术路径,为炼油行业提质增效提供解决方案。Faced with market saturation and surplus in diesel production,enhancing its added value has become crucial.This study focuses on overcoming the technical bottleneck of efficient aromatic/non-aromatic separation for high-value utilization of catalytic cracking diesel.The review systematically analyzes structure-activity relationships among solvent types,extraction conditions,and feedstock properties,particularly revealing the dependence of solvent selection criteria on boiling range distribution.Technoeconomic analysis demonstrates inherent trade-offs in different solvent systems for specific processes.By establishing a full-process evaluation model for aromatic extraction using single solvents,this work provides theoretical support for developing composite solvents and optimizing separation processes.The research further proposes technical pathways including molecular design of novel extractants and energy-saving process intensification strategies,providing actionable solutions for enhancing efficiency and sustainability in the petroleum refining industry.
