摘 要:馏程是石油产品在加工过程中主要控制的理化指标之一,传统分析方法GB/T6536需要样品量大,测量时间长,测量结果误差影响较大。为了减少分析时间,降低劳动强度,提高劳动生产率,采用色谱分析结合模拟蒸馏计算软件,建立适合某公司的不同汽油的计算模型,测定2段重汽油、半成品精制汽油、重整进料、稳定汽油等汽油馏程。结果表明,模拟蒸馏法测得的各汽油馏程均在标准方法重复性误差范围内;通过对传统恩氏蒸馏(GB/T6536)和模拟蒸馏法2种方法测量各汽油馏程进行F检验法和t检验法的检测,在置信度为95%时,F_(表)=3.180,t_(表)=1.734,2段重汽油、稳定汽油、石脑油、精制汽油馏程段均在范围内,说明传统恩氏蒸馏法和模拟蒸馏法没有显著性差异,模拟蒸馏法可取代传统分析法,分析不同汽油馏程,为生产装置优化工艺参数提供参考依据。Distillation range is one of the main physical and chemical indicators controlled in the processing of petroleum products.The traditional analytical method,Engler distillation,requires a large sample size,long measurement time,and significant impact on measurement errors.To reduce analysis time,lower labor intensity,and improve labor productivity,a chromatographic analysis combined with simulation distillation calculation software is used to establish different gasoline calculation models suitable for a specific company.This method is applied to determine the distillation range of various gasoline types,including second-stage heavy gasoline,semi-finished refined gasoline,reforming feedstock,stabilized gasoline,and more.The results show that the distillation ranges of various gasolines measured by the simulation distillation method are within the repeatability error range of the standard method.Through the F-test and t-test methods comparing the measurement results of the traditional Engler distillation and simulation distillation methods,at a confidence level of 95%,the F-table value is 3.180 and the t-table value is 1.734.The distillation ranges of second-stage heavy gasoline,stabilized gasoline,naphtha,and refined gasoline are all within the specified ranges.This indicates that there is no significant difference between the traditional Engler distillation method and the simulation distillation method,and the simulation distillation method can replace the traditional analysis method for analyzing different gasoline distillation ranges,providing reference for optimizing process parameters of production units.
