摘  要:文中探讨了焊缝表面裂纹场梯度成像检测系统(简称FGI系统)在炼化装置关键压力容器中的应用价值与实践效果。FGI系统利用超声波的反射与透射特性,结合电磁超声技术和计算机图像处理技术,实现了对压力容器焊缝表面裂纹的高效、精准检测。系统通过生成磁场梯度变化图像,精确反映裂纹区域的边界信息,提供裂纹深度、长度及方向的定量数据。文中详细介绍了FGI系统的技术原理、系统设计与实现过程,包括软件架构、模块化设计、图像采集及缺陷测量模块等核心组件。通过在某石化公司炼化装置的实际检测案例,展示了FGI系统在提高检测灵敏度、保障设备安全运行方面的显著优势。This article comprehensively explores the application value and practical effect of the gradient imaging detection system for weld surface crack field(FGI system for short)in key pressure vessels of refining equipment.The FGI system utilizes the reflection and transmission characteristics of ultrasound,combined with electromagnetic ultrasound technology and computer image processing technology,to achieve efficient and accurate detection of surface cracks in pressure vessel welds.The system generates magnetic field gradient change images to accurately reflect the boundary information of the crack area,providing quantitative data on crack depth,length,and direction.The article provides a detailed introduction to the technical principles,system design,and implementation process of the FGI system,including core components such as software architecture,modular design,image acquisition,and defect measurement modules.Through an actual testing case in a petrochemical company's refining unit,the significant advantages of FGI system in improving detection sensitivity and ensuring safe operation of equipment were demonstrated.
