摘  要:温室效应产生的问题已引起全球的重视。在国家双碳目标背景下,中国石油已将低碳纳入发展战略。在此背景下,各炼化企业积极开展低碳减排工作。中国石油某炼化企业在原油加工量每月提高至60×10^(4) t以上时,H_(2)需由尿素合成装置的合成气单元提供,导致该单元10000 m^(3)/h的CO_(2)无处可用,只能做放空处理,从而增加了该公司的环保压力。为缓解此问题,该公司新建了1套液态CO_(2)回收装置,将放空的CO_(2)回收制成液态CO_(2)产品出售,增加公司产品多样性及经济效益的同时,也具有明显的环保效益。The problems caused by the greenhouse effect have attracted global attention.Under the background of China's dual carbon goals,China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC)has incorporated low-carbon development into its strategic plan.In this context,various refining and chemical enterprises are actively engaged in low-carbon emission reduction efforts.When the crude oil processing capacity of a certain refining and chemical enterprise of CNPC increased to over 600,000 tons per month,the hydrogen needed to be supplied by the synthesis gas unit of the urea synthesis plant,resulting in 10,000 m^(3)/h of CO_(2)from the unit becoming surplus and having to be released into the air,which increased the environmental pressure on the company.To alleviate this issue,the company built a new liquid CO_(2)recovery plant to recover and convert the released CO_(2)into liquid CO_(2)products for sale.This not only increased the diversity and economic benefits of the company's products but also had significant environmental benefits.
