摘　　要：在分析“一带一路”倡议下中国与哈萨克斯坦油气资源产业合作现状基础上,探讨两国油气资源产业合作机制。通过SWOT法探讨两国油气资源产业合作面临的机遇和挑战,特别是市场供需情况、产业合作环境、产业合作契机和地缘政治威胁。提出EPIC中哈油气资源产业合作机制,旨在通过能源政策对接、运输管线建设、产业资本对接、油气化工领域投资,促进两国油气资源产业合作高质量发展,共同推动“一带一路”建设。Based on the analysis of the current situation of oil and gas resource industry cooperation between China and Kazakhstan under the Belt and Road Initiative,the paper discussed the cooperation mechanism of the two countries'oil and gas resource industry.The SWOT method was used to discuss the opportunities and challenges faced by the oil and gas resources industrial cooperation between the two countries,especially the market supply and demand,industrial cooperation environment,industrial cooperation opportunities and geopolitical threats.Thus,EPIC China-Kazakhstan oil and gas resource industry cooperation mechanism is proposed,aiming to promote the high-quality development of the oil and gas resource industry cooperation between the two countries and jointly promote the construction of the"Belt and Road"through energy policy docking,transportation pipeline construction,industrial capital docking,oil and gas chemical industry investment.
