摘　　要：阿坝州地处“藏羌彝走廊”的腹心地带,拥有丰富的非物质文化遗产资源。数十年来,阿坝州积极开展非物质文化遗产保护工作,取得显著成效。本文以传统美术作为切入视角,对该州传统美术类国家级、省级、州级非遗项目及传承人作了较为全面的调查。通过对调查的梳理,发现阿坝州在非遗保护过程中还存在诸如信息统计不全、分类错杂、命名繁芜、重复申报等问题,并简要分析了其原因;同时,以非遗保护的相关政策为依据,提出了相应的解决方案。Aba is home to Zang-Qiang-Yi Cultural Corridor,abounding in intangible cultural resources.In the past decades,Aba has given a full play to the preservation of its intangible cultural heritage with remarkable results.This paper has made a comprehensive investigation into the nation-level,province-level and prefecture-level intangible cultural heritage items and inheritors of Aba’s traditional arts.The research has showcased that issues like incomplete collections of information,mixed categorization,complex naming,and repeated projects application fill in the process of intangible cultural heritage protection,with causes to those issues being analyzed.Solutions are raised as well according to related policies for intangible cultural heritage protection.
