摘 要:研究野生鱼类和养殖鱼类的甲基汞污染,可以为评估海水鱼类汞污染情况和食用风险提供参考。本研究分析了深圳大亚湾和珠江口等周边海域的野生海水鱼类和广东沿海养殖场养殖鱼类的甲基汞浓度,并探究了珍珠石斑(Epinephelus lanceolatus♀×Epinephelus fuscoguttatus♂)和金鲳(Trahinotus ovatus)的甲基汞浓度与个体大小、饲料系数之间的关系。研究发现,野生鱼类甲基汞浓度的范围是26.3~188.0 ng/g(干重%),养殖鱼类的甲基汞浓度为45.6~167.4 ng/g。最大日摄入量计算值不超过2.58μg/d,低于安全限量标准(40μg/d),食用风险较低。野生鱼类和养殖鱼类的甲基汞浓度无明显差异。养殖珍珠石斑和金鲳的甲基汞浓度与个体大小和饲料系数相关,个体和饲料系数越大,则甲基汞浓度越高。[中国渔业质量与标准,2024,14(6):20-26]The study of methylmercury(MeHg)contamination in wild and farmed fish can provide a reference for evaluating mercury pollution levels in marine fish and assessing the risks associated with their consumption.In this study,we analyzed the MeHg concentrations of wild seawater fish from the surrounding waters of Daya Bay in Shenzhen and the Pearl River Estuary and farmed fish from coastal farms in Guangdong,Furthermore,the relationship between MeHg concentrations of grouper and pomfret and their individual size and feed coefficients was explored.It was found that the concentration range of MeHg in wild MeHg concentration was 26.3-188.0 ng/g(on dry weight basis)and that in farmed fish was 45.6-167.4 ng/g,which were both below the safety limit standard for consumption.There was no significant difference in MeHg concentrations between wild and farmed fish.Methylmercury concentrations in cultured pearl grouper and golden pomfret were correlated with individual size and feed coefficient,larger individuals and feed coefficient resulting in higher MeHg concentrations.
