摘  要:在比较1983年以来水利水电行业先后颁发的五个水文计算规范中有关径流系列代表性分析条文的基础上,对现行规范(作为后四个规范的代表)相关条文剖析后得出:在径流系列较长情况下,现行规范推荐的几种系列代表性分析评价方法还存在需要探讨的地方。主张仍采用与具有更长系列的参证站比较的方法作为系列代表性分析评价基本方法的原则,据此给出了对规范相关条文的修改建议,对进一步完善该问题提出了初步设想。Based on the comparison of the relevant articles of runoff series in the five hydrological calculation specifications issued successively since 1983,this paper analyzed the relevant articles of the current specifications(as the representatives of the last four specifications).Under the condition that the runoff series is long,several series representativeness analysis and evaluation methods recommended by the current standard still need to be studied and perfected.The principle of comparing the method with the reference station with longer series is still advocated as the basic method of series representativeness analysis and evaluation some suggestions are given to amend relevant provisions of the specification based on these conclusions.The paper puts forward some tentative ideas to further improve the problem.
