摘　　要：适应性免疫细胞在肿瘤免疫中起重要作用。肿瘤微环境中T细胞的功能已经得到比较详细的研究,但B细胞的功能有待进一步探索。肿瘤微环境中的B细胞有促进肿瘤增殖和抑制肿瘤增殖两种表型,具有产生抗体、分泌细胞因子和呈递抗原的不同功能。本文综述了肿瘤微环境中不同表型B细胞的具体功能,以探讨B细胞参与肿瘤免疫的机制,为靶向B细胞的肿瘤精准治疗提供依据。Adaptive immune cells play an important role in tumor immunity.The function of T cells in tumor microenvironment has been studied in detail,but B cells needs to be further explored.Due to the different characteristics of producing antibodies,secreting cytokines,and presenting antigens,tumor-infiltrating B cells are divided into two phenotypes:promoting and inhibiting tumor proliferation.This study reviews the specific functions of B cells in the tumor microenvironment in order to explore the mechanisms of B cells involved in tumor immunity,which may provide a basis for the precision treatment targeting B cells in tumor.
