摘　　要：Meniere’s disease(MD)is one of the most prevalent otogenic vertigo disorders,characterized by paroxysmal vertigo that lasts from minutes to hours,accompanied by fluctuating hearing loss,tinnitus,and aural pressure[1].The endolymphatic hydrops has been confirmed as the primary histopathological substrate in the past 100 years,but the real pathological mechanism remains unclear,generally presumed to be associated with family history.
