摘 要:膝关节骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是世界范围内最常见的进行性退行性关节疾病之一,也是导致残疾和损害生活质量的主要原因。但到目前为止还没有有效的干预措施来延缓KOA的进展。光生物调节(photobiomodulation,PBM)是一种新兴的康复治疗技术,已被证明是一种很有前途的KOA治疗方法,作用包括改善滑膜炎、保护软骨及减轻疼痛。在此背景下,梳理了PBM对膝骨关节炎的抗炎机制并回顾近年PBM治疗KOA的实验证据。Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is one of the most common progressive degenerative joint diseases in the world and a leading cause of disability and impairment of quality of life.Unfortunately,there have been no effective interventions to slow the progress and development of KOA so far.Photobiomodulation(PBM)is an emerging rehabilitation therapy technique and has been proved to be a promising therapeutic effect of KOA,including improving synovitis,protecting cartilage and relieving pain.In this context,we reviewed the anti-inflammatory mechanism of PBM on KOA and reviewed the preclinical experimental evidence of PBM in treating KOA in recent years.
