摘  要:目的探讨重庆地区新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)期间居家隔离的疫情防控措施对健康体检人群尿酸的影响。方法通过筛查本院大数据平台,回顾性分析在2022年2月(居家隔离前)和2023年2月(居家隔离后)两次均在本院体检中心接受了健康体检的人群,共2473例,年龄18~83(39.35±10.36)岁。比较居家隔离前、后,体检代谢指标的变化,不同性别及年龄阶段代谢指标增长率的差异,以及血尿酸增高的风险因素。结果本研究纳入女性占69.8%(1726/2473)、男性占30.2%(747/2473)。在疫情防控前、后,身体质量指数(BMI)、体质量(weight)、臀围(HC)、血压-收缩压(SBP)、血压-舒张压(DBP)、脉搏(pulse)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、空腹血糖(Glu)、血尿酸(UA)、淋巴细胞(LYMPH)、单核细胞(MON)、红细胞(RBC)、血小板(PLT)的变化存在显著差异(P<0.05)。男性组BMI、TC、LDL、UA、中性粒细胞(NEU)、血红蛋白(HGB)、PLT的正增长率均显著低于女性组(P<0.05)。其中,18~44岁年龄阶段的男性组BMI、TC、TG、LDL、HGB、PLT显著低于女性组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析BMI、TC、TG、HGB的升高是UA增加的风险因素。结论居家隔离的防控措施可能与人群血尿酸的增加存在关联。Objective To investigate the effect of epidemic prevention and control measures of home isolation during COVID-19 in Chongqing on uric acid in healthy populations.Methods Through screening on the big data platform of our hospital,a total of 2473 cases aged 18~83(39.35±10.36)years old were retrospectively analyzed for those who received health examinations in the physical examination center of our hospital in February 2022(before home isolation)and February 2023(after home isolation).The changes of metabolic indexes before and after home isolation,the differences in the growth rate of metabolic indexes by gender and age,and the risk factors of increased serum uric acid were compared.Results In this study,69.8%(1726/2473)of females and 30.2%(747/2473)males were included.Before and after the epidemic prevention and control,body mass index(BMI),body weight(weight),hip circumference(HC),blood pressure-systolic blood pressure(SBP),blood pressure-diastolic blood pressure(DBP),pulse(pulse),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),fasting blood glucose(Glu),blood uric acid(UA),lymphocytes(LYMPH),monocytes(MON),red blood cells(RBC),platelets(PLT),there were significant differences in the changes(P<0.05).The growth rates of BMI,TC,LDL,UA,neutrophils(NEU),hemoglobin(HGB)and PLT in the male group were significantly lower than those in the female group(P<0.05).Among them,the BMI,TC,TG,LDL,HGB and PLT of the male group aged 18-44 years were significantly lower than those of the female group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the elevation of BMI,TC,TG,and HGB was a risk factor for the increase of UA.Conclusion The home isolation control measures may be associated with increasing blood uric acid in healthy population.
