摘  要:围绕船舶主机和轴系安装与调试赛项中的轴承负荷测量展开研究。对比传统顶举法和一般智能测量法,传统顶举法依赖人工操作,存在测量误差大的问题;一般智能测量法在轴向位置确定上仍有随机误差。为此,提出改进型智能测量法,采用集成激光测距仪等先进工具提升定位精度。经实验验证,该方法测量操作简便、精度高、调整周期短,负荷偏差小,有效解决船舶轴承负荷测量难题,在船舶轴系安装测量领域优势显著,对推动船舶行业技术升级具有重要意义。This paper focuses on the bearing load measurement in the installation and commissioning of the main engine and shafting of the ship.Compared with the traditional jacking method and the general intelligent measurement method,the traditional jacking method relies on manual operation,which has the problem of large measurement error.There are still random errors in the determination of axial position in the general intelligent measurement method.To this end,an improved intelligent measurement method is proposed,and advanced tools such as integrated laser rangefinder are used to improve the positioning accuracy.Experimental verification shows that the method is simple to measure,high precision,short adjustment period and small load deviation,which effectively solves the problem of ship bearing load measurement,has significant advantages in the field of ship shafting installation and measurement,and is of great significance to promote the technological upgrading of the ship industry.
