丙烯酸镁灌浆材料的制备及性能研究

摘  要:采用丙烯酸、氧化镁为原料,加入氧化剂、交联剂和还原剂等成功配制出丙烯酸镁灌浆材料。通过实验考察了丙烯酸镁灌浆材料中氧化剂、交联剂、还原剂的用量和环境温度对材料固化时间的影响,同时还研究了交联剂用量对固砂体抗压强度和遇水膨胀率的影响。试验结果表明,随着氧化剂、还原剂、交联剂用量的增加,丙烯酸镁灌浆材料的固化时间逐渐缩短,环境温度升高也会缩短固化时间。此外,交联剂用量的增加会使丙烯酸镁灌浆材料的抗压强度提高、遇水膨胀率缩小。A magnesium acrylate grouting material is successfully formulated using acrylic acid and magnesium oxide as raw materials,supplemented with oxidants,crosslinking agents,and reducing agents.Through experiments,the roles of the dosage of oxidants,crosslinking agents,reducing agents and ambient temperature on the curing time of the material are investigated.Furthermore,the influence of the crosslinking agent dosage on the compressive strength of the solidified sand body and the water swelling rate is also examed.The experimental results show that the curing time of the magnesium acrylate grouting material gradually decreases with the increase in the dosage of oxidants,reducing agents,and crosslinking agents.The increase in ambient temperature also shortens the curing time.The increase in the dosage of the crosslinking agent leads to an improvement in the compressive strength of the magnesium acrylate grouting material and a reduction in the water swelling rate.
