探究丙烯酸防水涂料物理性能的影响因素

摘　　要：通过正交试验研究了丙烯酸乳液、无机填料、抗沉淀剂和阻燃剂的选择对丙烯酸防水涂料物理性能的影响,结果表明,丙烯酸乳液对多个性能指标(拉伸强度、吸水率)影响显著,无机填料对断裂伸长率、撕裂强度也有显著影响。本研究范围内最佳配方制得的丙烯酸防水涂料性能优于JC/T 375—2012的要求,并且通过了储存稳定性和阻燃性能测试。Influence of acrylic emulsion,inorganic filler,anti-settling agent and flame retardant on the physical properties of acrylic waterproofing coating is investigated through orthogonal experiments.The results indicate that the acrylic emulsion significantly influences multiple performance indicators,including tensile strength and water absorption rate.The inorganic filler also has an important influence on elongation at break and tear strength.The performance of the optimal acrylic waterproofing coating formulation achieved in the experiments exceeds the requirements of JC/T 375—2012 and has passed storage stability and flame retardancy tests.
