摘　　要：杭州月陇云岚项目屋面工程根据防水新规要求,一级防水设防采用“一涂二卷”复合防水方案,即非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料+CBF反应粘高分子膜基防水卷材+自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材。本文详述了该屋面项目的防水设计、材料特点、施工工艺以及水落口、出屋面管道、天沟等细部节点的防水做法。The roof project of Hangzhou Yuelong Yunlan follows the new waterproofing regulations,adopting a combined waterproofing solution of“one coating+two membranes”for the first-level waterproofing,which includes non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating,CBF reactive bonding polymer film reinforced waterproofing membrane,and self-adhesive polymer-modified bitumen waterproofing membrane.This article details the waterproofing design,material characteristics,construction techniques and waterproofing practices for details such as water outlets,roof-through pipes and gutters.
